We are often asked the following, so please see the advice here:

All guests must have up to date vaccinations for cat flu and enteritis and we will need to see their vaccination record before they are allowed into the cattery. If your cat's booster is due before or during their stay it MUST have been done before arrival, otherwise they will be turned away.

Whichwood Cat Hotel is open 10:30-12:00 & 16:00-18:00 on week days and 10:00-13:00 at weekends. We are closed for arrivals, departures and viewings on Bank Holidays. Please note that these hours are set to ensure that the welfare of our guests is priroitised and their care is not interrupted. They are not flexible.

New customers are welcome to view at any time during our opening hours, an appointment is not necessary. You can also take a look at our Facebook page for more photos and stories.

We encourage owners to bring a little something from home that smells familiar and can help their cat feel comfortable. It doesn't have to be freshly laundered and if it is a little hairy that's fine too. Please bear in mind that space is not unlimited so large scratching trees are discouraged and if a bed can fit on the shelf in the bedroom that is usually the preferred sleeping place for guests.

At Whichwood Cat Hotel we try to feed all our guests what they are used to. We have a wide range of food avaialalbe but if your cat requires something we don't stock or prescription food then you will be asked to provide enough for their stay (and a little extra in case of delays). We can also administer regular medication as necessary, by tablet, suspension, spot-on, drops or nebuliser.

Diabetic cats cannot be currently accepted.

Please ensure you bring sufficient medication for the duration of your cat's stay and that it is in the containers supplied by the vet with their labels attached.

It is advisable to book as early as possible as we get very booked up, particularly through March to October and over Christmas and New Year. Bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis. We operate a waiting list but cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate your request.
